Bush Poetry is defined as poetry with good rhyme and metre written by an Australian and/or about Australians, Australia - its places, or things.
People of all ages are encouraged to join this competition which is open to local, interstate and international people with a love of Australia, the people and the way of life.
Winners of the competition will be asked to read their poems at the Bush Poets Corner in Town Square on Sunday.
